VDOT Contract of government on a site that demanded careful sequencing, tight tolerances, and zero tolerance for schedule slip. The work touched live operations and surrounding infrastructure, so every phase had to be planned around the people and traffic moving through it.
VED self-performed every discipline on this project — clearing, mass earthwork, utilities, stormwater, and structural work — using owned equipment and in-house crews.
